Refund policy

We observe a "No Refund Policy". However, we will provide a 30-day warranty for all products, which means we guarantee the the design should not peel or crack with in the 30 days (With proper care the items should last for years). 

To be eligible for an exact replacement, a picture or video needs to sent to dreativitydesigns@gmail.com. If your warranty claim is accepted, we’ll send you an exact replacement, a new warranty does not restart with new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
